DRINK PAIRINGS
Each dish will be paired with a choice of wine by the glass or, sometimes, a cocktail. Paired drinks will be revealed on the day of the event. Water, bread and a few slices of salame are human rights.

PRICING & TICKETS
The 4 courses set menu is priced at £42.00 per person. Paired drinks are not mandatory and will be sold at the venue by the glass.
